Serene gaze… vestment of antique Fortuny style red damask fragments layered with gild touched lace and hand tinted collar. Hand painted halo centered with an old sequin and layered with painted linen and antique trim fragments. Her wings painted and layered with hand cut “feathers.”  Cascading dangle of bronzed, patina-green and dark violet beads, antique French rhinestone ring and darkened carved metal heart. The reclaimed wood cut, smoothed, gild washed, retaining the natural characteristics and live edges. Hand painted silk tie.
